How to get started: Obtaining a BarryNet Account

Determining your BarryNet Username and Password:

Student Username: your Last Name + First Initial (no spaces!)

Password: The password you establish to log onto campus PC's and check your email. If you have not established a password, then your DEFAULT password is your date of birth: MMDDYYYY (For example, if your birthday is April 1, 1982, then your password would be 04071982).

You will be prompted to change your password every 90 days ---please choose a password of six (6) characters or more. Attention returning students: when changing your password, please remember that you cannot use your previous password!

Students, who need to locate their correct username can go to: http://webmail.barry.edu and
select Find My Username.



Faculty and staff, who do not know their username and/or password, can e-mail helpdesk@mail.barry.edu
or call the IT Support Desk. at 1 800 756 6000, ext 3604 or 305 899 3604.

If you forgot your password, you can change it, go tohttp://webmail.barry.edu and click on My Password
or fill out the online form at http://www.barry.edu/password.

If you know your password but you would like to change it, go to http://webmail.barry.edu and click
on My Password.

If you are having problems with your login, password or user account go to http://webmail.barry.edu
and click on Help.
