AACSB International Accreditation

Barry University's Andreas School of Business is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

This designation places the Andreas School of Business among a peer group of distinguished business administration programs worldwide. The accreditation recognizes all graduate and undergraduate programs offered by the School of Business.

Only about a third of all business schools in the United States are accredited by AACSB International, the world's premier accrediting agency for bachelor's and graduate degree programs in business administration. Barry University is now the sole AACSB-accredited university in South Florida where the primary responsibility of the entire faculty is teaching. In addition, Barry is the only AACSB-accredited Catholic university in Florida and in all the southeastern states east of New Orleans and South of Washington D.C.

The School of Business employs no teaching assistants. It features an accessible, highly experienced faculty and class sizes that average fewer than 20 students. The school offers a bachelor of science with a choice of seven majors, the MBA as a general degree or with a choice of eight specializations, a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA), and a Master of Science in Management (MSM).
