Program Location
MARC U*STAR trainees share the Minority Programs Resource Room, SNHS 336, with students in the MBRS RISE Program and with faculty in the MBRS SCORE Program. The room is equipped with thirteen high end workstations, including a presenter’s workstation, four laser jet printers, and a large-format printer for printing posters to be used at scientific meetings. These workstations and printers are all networked for easy distribution of information between them. The room also consists of a ceiling mounted projector, a scanner, and individual wall mounted student mail boxes. MARC U*STAR trainees also use the adjacent Conference Room, SNHS 337, equipped with a ceiling mounted projector and a Polycom CX5000 Unified Conference Station for group videoconferencing.
