Course Descriptions

Mathematics Minor

A minor in Mathematical Sciences consists of at least 20 credits in approved courses, and must include:

MAT 211	Calculus I
MAT 212	Calculus II
one of the following two courses:
MAT 213	Calculus III
MAT 253	Discrete Mathematics I
and at least one 300-level course.

Dr. Carol Marinas teaches compound interest in Precalculus Math I.
