What you need:

To be able to read the PDF file, you need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader (Ver. 3.0 or later), available from http://www.adobe.com . Be sure to select the appropriate version for your operating system.

Download and install Acrobat Reader on your system, then select the Graduate Application Instruction document for review or printing.  The table below lists the available documents by Description, Name, File size, and number of Pages.

Letters of Recommendation (if applicable) must be sent from the person writing the recommendation to the Office of Graduate Records Management. Transcripts must be received in an envelope sealed by the institution issuing the transcript. Refer to the Instructions for details.
