Graduate Assistantships

The School of Business offers two graduate assistantships each term. Candidates are selected on a competitive basis.

If you are selected as a graduate assistant, you may have your assistantship renewed each semester for the length of your program. Academic standing and job performance must remain satisfactory for a continued assistantship.

Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university or a listed international university
  • Undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.00 minimum
  • GMAT score of 500 or greater. A GMAT score is required to determine your eligibility for scholarships, grants, or assistanships with the School of Business. (A GMAT score is required to determine admission ONLY if you do not have business or management experience that included responsibility for performance of subordinates and a budget.)
  • Accepted into the School of Business Graduate Program
  • Enrolled as a full-time Business student (9 credits minimum)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Commitment: 20 hours per week.

Compensation: Nine hours tuition waiver per term.

Deadline for application: Monday before the official start of term date.
