Master of Science in Human Resource Development (MS) / Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Equipping You for the Front Lines of Change

Be an agent of change within your company as a human resource development professional. With this degree, you can help companies form strategies that will best meet their goals given their resources. And, you can prepare people to meet the demands of today while thinking forward to the needs of tomorrow.

This dual degree program offers ideal preparation. You learn advanced HRD skills that enable you to help employees perform at their peak and companies gain the maximum output from their resources. Business knowledge from the MBA component will heighten your understanding of companies as a whole and strengthen your management skills, which will provide you with a competitive advantage.

Program Outline. This 60-credit program can be completed in two to three years, with class times convenient for working professionals. You will take 24 credit hours in human resource development, a 24 credit-hour required core in business administration, 6 credit hours of joint course work (includes an internship), and 6 credit hours in the MBA concentration.
