Quality Improvement Program (Q.I.P.) 2011-2012
QIP serves as an advocate for Barry University employees by providing opportunities and tools for growth and effectiveness and by helping to create a quality working environment through supporting positive change. Our purpose is to integrate Barry's Mission into the everyday experience of our faculty, staff and students. In addition to our university wide programming, we offer consultation and support to departments as we work together to create a student centered service culture… by facilitating teambuilding sessions, evaluation of current levels of service, examining processes and procedures as they link to Barry's mission and evolving vision.
