Dr.
Carl Cramer, Professor, Coordinator, Athletic Training
Dr.
Cramer has taught and researched in the field of athletic training
for the last twenty-four years. He is considered an authority on
athletic training academic program structure and content. He most
recently served as an advisor for the Volvo Ocean Race 2002 Miami
Port Stop. He is currently chair of the Research Sub-Committee and
member of the Joint Review Committee on Educational Program in Athletic
Training (JRC-AT). Dr. Cramer earned his BA from Augsburg College
in Minneapolis, Minnesota, M.Ed. from the University of Wisconsin-Superior,
and Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University.
He served on the sports medicine staff at KSU from 1982 until coming
to Barry University in 1990.
