Dr. Robert E. Scully, Professor of Organizational Behavior, has a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Management and a Masters degree in Economics.  He has taught as a full-time faculty member at Barry University since 1992.  Dr. Scully has extensive experience teaching a variety of business, management and leadership courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.  He has also held corporate management positions with large and small enterprises and in Management and Organizational Development with Unisys Corporation. Other responsibilities have included serving as Associate Director for the American Council on Education’s State Affiliate Office at Barry University; National Coordinator and Distance Learning Evaluator for the ACE/Credit program; Florida Sterling Award Examiner; and as a management consultant.

Since 1993, Dr. Scully has served as Academic Coordinator for a variety of Administration specializations and degree programs at the Rooney School of Adult and Continuing Education. Other responsibilities have included serving as a Faculty Senator; Associate Director for the American Council on Education’s State Affiliate Office at Barry University; National Coordinator and Distance Learning Evaluator for the ACE/Credit program; and Sterling Quality Award Examiner for the State of Florida.

In addition, he has over ten years of full-time business experience including serving as a Management and Organizational Development Specialist with Unisys Corporation at their Worldwide Education Center in Princeton. He also co-developed CONNECTIONS, a quality service program for college staff, which has been implemented by over 1000 colleges and universities.
