  • The School of Social Work began offering classes in Palm Beach County in 1981  
  • The same faculty teaches in both locations

YOU RECEIVE THE MSW DEGREE QUICKER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE

  • Students can earn a MSW degree (60 credits) going to school part-time in just over two years
  • Students with a BSW from an accredited university within the past 5 years and a 3.0 GPA can earn a MSW degree (32 credits) going to school part-time in just over 1 year

SATURDAY CLASS SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATES WORKING PROFESSIONALS

  • 80% of students are currently employed full time in social service agencies while pursuing their degree

SMALL CLASS SIZE AND INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION

  • Students start the program in the fall, and take all classes with the same group of people

DIVERSE STUDENT POPULATION

  • Nearly 25% of current students were born outside the United States and range in age from 22-53, with an average age of 36

  • Approximately 50% of Palm Beach students had undergraduate degrees in Social Work or Psychology, whereas the other 50% had undergraduate degrees in different fields of study
