The MSW 60-credit (Traditional) or 32-credit (Advanced Standing) program located in Palm Beach Gardens has been designed to serve residents in the surrounding Palm Beach County communities as well as Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Indian River counties. This program offers a non-traditional campus experience, so our students tend be very close and supportive of their classmates. Class scheduling is flexible, as students enroll in courses during the week (full-time students) and on Saturdays (part-time students). The class are small with about 15 people in each, which allows for a high level of involvement from your professors and school staff. Professional development and field seminars are offered periodically throughout the semester to support educational learning and career advancement.
Support services are multi-layered, as students are assigned a faculty mentor and a field advisor. Additionally, students have access to multiple supports offered at the main campus including the Student Services Center, Career Center, and Library. These services are offered through the Social of Social Work’s CANVAS electronic software platform.
