Barry University's nursing students spend spring break in Jamaica

In March, Barry University’s very own Division of Nursing students and faculty members will spend their spring break traveling to the Caribbean island of Jamaica. This faculty-led, international Nursing Study Abroad Program (N-SAP) will participate in health education and health promotion activities. The group will have the opportunity to work with local public health nurses as well as perform cultural assessment on local residents.

Join our students and faculty as they share with you a real-time glimpse into their experience in Jamaica – from food, culture, to hands on experience. Be sure to check back often for their latest photo and blog entries.

Follow their experience.
