Held every other year at a Dominican institution, the Dominican Colloquium serves as an avenue for faculty, staff, and students to come together and engage in discussions on their Dominican heritage and issues impacting Catholic Higher Education.
The 2016 theme, “Seeking Truth, Growing Together: 800 Years of Dominican Tradition,” honors the official recognition of the Order of Preachers in 1216 by Pope Honorius III. Presentation topics for the Colloquium might include mission, innovation, and challenges in higher education, collaboration, ethics, policy, heritage, sustainability, and best practices.
Proposals for papers and presentations must be submitted via the Submission Form link.
Deadline for submission is November 1, 2015.
