The Department of Campus & Recreation Wellness (CRW) spring 2016 Wellness Schedule Begins January 18!

Kick your New Year’s resolutions into high gear!

Employees with valid ID’s (exempt and non-exempt) are eligible to take part in wellness activities (group exercise classes sanctioned by CRW and SES).

Please register for the new semester at the CRW office in Landon 112.

You will be required to bring your ID and the required paperwork in order to register.

Enjoy the following:

  • Aerobic exercise
  • Archery
  • Boot camp
  • Circuit workout
  • Kickboxing
  • Pilates
  • Spinning
  • Table tennis
  • Yoga
    ..And more

*Offerings are subject to change.

Participants will be required to present their Barry University ID and a towel every visit.
