The Minority Association of Pre-health Students (MAPS) and the Center for Community Service Initiatives (CCSI) would like to remind the Barry community about the ongoing Box Tops for Education Drive. Your support over the past two years has been extraordinary and we thank you. As indicated in a previous communication, a new recipient school has been added this year; so your Box Tops donations are now alternating between North Miami Elementary and Sheridan Hills Elementary each donation cycle.
As a reminder, it is very easy to participate. Simply identify the Box Tops logo on household products you already purchase, including many grocery items, and cut the logo from the packaging. Then, submit your Box Tops in the donation boxes on campus, including the CCSI office (Adrian 208) and the Landon ID office. If there is not a donation box in your area, you may request one. Alternatively, you may send your Box Tops donations to Dr. Stephanie Bingham, Department of Biology, NHS 309, via interoffice mail. The recipient schools will receive 10 cents for every Box Top donated. No Box Tops donation is too small.
