Donate don’t dump! The Office of Mission Engagement in collaboration with Housing and Residence Life will be hosting the 11th Annual Barry University Move Out Drive. Collect your new or gently used items during the residence hall move out period for donation. These efforts support Barry Green initiatives to recognize the sacredness of the Earth and engage in meaningful efforts toward social change. Donating items keeps additional waste from being sent to landfills.
Items will be collected December 12 – 16 the Goodwill trailer located in the upperclassmen residence hall parking lot next to the tennis courts.
Items collected will include:
- Clothes, Jewelry and Shoes
- Books and DVDs
- Games, Toys and Sports Equipment
- Bedding and Linens
- Houseware (Swiffers, Brooms, hangers)
- Electronics (Mini-Fridges, Microwaves, TVs)
- Furniture (Lamps, Rugs, Ottomans)
Items not collected will include:
- Food
- Liquid Chemical Cleaning Supplies
