April marks the beginning of camp season, and now is the time to start making summer plans for your children. Registration is now open for Barry’s BUCkids Summer Camp, which will be held here on campus.
BUCkids Summer Camp is sponsored each year by Campus Recreation & Wellness (CRW). The camp provides children with a well-rounded program that includes sport activities, arts and crafts, computers skills and much more.
Highlights of the camp include:
- Trained, qualified staff serving children 5-13 years of age
- Camper to staff ratio of 8 to 1 or better
- Field trips at no additional cost
- Follows Fitness for Kids™ model of recreation and academics
- Extended hours from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at no additional cost
- After camp programs (dance, kung fu, tutoring)
- Full 8-week program (June 8 – July 31, 2009)
- Flexible payment schedule (sign up only for the weeks YOU need)
- Discount for Barry employees and students (only $125 per week!)
- Lunch and snack is included.
