Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program

The need for qualified nursing professionals continues to rise. The Master of Science in Nursing from Barry University will prepare you to advance to a leadership role: administrator, educator, acute care nurse practitioner, or family nurse practitioner.

The program will also prepare you to act as advocate, role model, liaison, and change agent for the nursing profession, the client, and in the community. Upon graduation, you will be able to represent nursing among other nurses, other professionals, and the community. In this way, you will be uniquely equipped to contribute to health promotion, disease prevention, and the advancement of the nursing profession within professional and political organizations. Our curriculum has the breadth to allow you to practice your chosen specialty in a variety of health care delivery systems and educational settings.
