Barry University’s Occupational Therapy Program as well as other institutions offering programs in occupational therapy participates in the Occupational Therapy Centralized Application System (OTCAS). Applicants to any of the programs offered at Barry should use this application system.
This service allows you to submit a single application and set of forms to any of the selected universities offering occupational therapy programs. This service collects the application data, computes the cumulative grade point averages, and allows the institutions selected to review the files and score applicants.
The Masters in Occupational Therapy Program only accepts students once a year to begin in the Fall term. Application dateline is March 1st.
The Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Program uses a rolling admissions process with deadlines as follows: March 1st to start in the Summer term, July 1st to start in the Fall and November 1st to start in the Spring term.
It is in the applicant’s best interests to apply as early as possible and to check the OTCAS site frequently to ensure all requirements have been submitted and the application is complete. Candidates with best potential will be invited for an Interview.
