Dominican Fast and Prayers for Peace

Dominicans throughout the world are calling for days of prayer and fasting for the peaceful transition of power to the new Iraqi Governing Council, which will occur on June 30, 2004.

Barry University, in solidarity with other Dominican Institutions, are encouraging all to participate in this effort on the four Fridays of June. If you are in the local area, we'd like you to know that Cor Jesu chapel is always open during the day and early evening. You’re welcome to stop in to offer a prayer or for quiet meditation.
