This 33- to 36-hour program which can be completed in a year and a half or less, prepares students in creating a learning organization that enhances performance throughout the workplace.

The OLL program also offers a special track in Higher Education Administration (HED) that addresses the unique needs of institutions of higher education, including the areas of policy development and conflict management.

If students would like to continue their education and go further into the program, Barry offers a Ed.D. in Human Resource Development.

Our Program Format Accommodates Working Adults

The OLL program accommodates working adults with evening classes. Our students are able to maintain full-time jobs and attend graduate school. Class sizes are small, and as a student, you will have, Dr. David M. Kopp, the Chair of the Department as your advisor.

The MS in OLL program offers unique networking and career growth with social events for students and alumni. All MS in OLL students are a part of our American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Student Chapter, which is only one of two ASTD student chapters in the nation.
