  • Altered amino acids in aged and dysfunctional tissues such as normal aged and Alzheimer’s brain and cerebrospinal fluid and osteoarthritic cartilage
  • Altered amino acids in processed foods
  • Mechanisms of amino acid racemization and repair of damaged amino acids
