Professor Combs joined the Barry Physician Assistant Program in May of 2008. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wake Forest University and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. Prior to entering academics, Whitney spent several years working with a neurologist, specializing in seizure and sleep disorders.
