School of Podiatric Medicine awards class of 2014 graduates

Brian Carbonell, Raymond Delpak, and Alyssa Toth won the President’s Award for having the highest grade point average; 4.0. Each graduate received $1,250. This award is sponsored by Memorial Healthcare System and Bako Integrated Physician Solutions.

Kyle Willson won the Dean’s Award for dedicated service to Barry University’s School of Podiatric Medicine. He received $750, sponsored by Memorial Healthcare System.

Armando Gonzalez won the Dr. Raymond D. Ibañez Memorial Leadership Award. He received $1,200, sponsored by the Ibañez family in memory of the late Dr. Raymond D. Ibañez.

Rajnish Rammohan won the Excellence in Biomedical Sciences Award. He received $500, sponsored by the Palm Beach Podiatric Medical Association.

Cason Quinn won the Outstanding Biomechanics/Orthopedics Award. She received $500, sponsored by Vilex TN.

Ryan Vazalez won the Excellence in Clinical Sciences Award for his expertise in clinical situations. He received $500, sponsored by the Palm Beach Podiatric Medical Association.

Timothy Graham won the Dr. William Delavari Memorial Podiatric Medicine Award for exemplifying the traits of dedication and commitment to the profession of podiatric medicine. He received $500, sponsored by the American DataBank.

Kyle Willson won the Dr. Irving and Muriel Block Award in Radiology. He received $250, sponsored by the Florida Podiatric Medical Society.

Rizcion Dagani won the Dr. Debra Kalfas Memorial Community Service Award for working in community health rotations. She received $250, sponsored by Footcare Express. This award honors the late Dr. Debra Kalfas; School of Podiatric Medicine graduate and dedicated clinical faculty member.
Romain Onteniente won the American Board of Podiatric Surgery’s Michael L. Stone, DPM Outstanding Professional Conduct Award. He received $2,000. This award honors the late Dr. Stone who embodied commitment to the profession of podiatric medicine and surgery.
