Scholarships and Assistantships

To apply for a scholarship or assistantship, please email the Department at theology@mail.barry.edu.

Federal Financial Aid

To determine your eligibility for Federal Financial Aid, we suggest you complete the following applications:

Barry University's Graduate and Professional Financial Aid Application: This document will help us to determine your eligibility for financial assistance. This form can be downloaded and printed from our financial aid web site. Please complete the form and fax, mail or hand-carry it to Barry's Office of Financial Aid.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): This form enables us to gather information for awarding federal and institutional aid. Your FAFSA will be processed quicker if you apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Instructions are included to help you complete the form. If you prefer, you can obtain a paper FAFSA from the Barry University Office of Financial Aid. Please mail your completed FAFSA in the envelope provided. Be sure to indicate our institution code of 001466.

Please note: If your FAFSA application is selected for verification by the federal government, you will be required to submit copies of your tax return or verification of other means of support.

Federal Student Loans. If you are interested in receiving a Stafford Loan or a Graduate Plus Loan, please complete an Entrance Interview and Promissory Note. More information can be found on our financial aid website.

Apply Early! We encourage you to file your application as early as possible to insure that your financial aid is processed in time for registration.
