Minor in Psychology

The psychology minor (21 cr.) requires PSY 281, 382, 325, 413, and 9 elective credits within the discipline with a minimum grade of C. For the remaining 9 credits, students can choose from a variety of interesting courses such as, Child Psychopathology, Cognitive Psychology, Community Psychology, Evolutionary Psychology, Human Sexuality, and more.

A psychology minor is appropriate for students interested in graduate study in business, law, education, social work, medical fields, and many others.

People with bachelor's degrees in many fields will impress employers if a psychology minor is on their resume.
