Agnes E. Shine, Ph.D.

Dr. Shine is a licensed school psychologist in the state of Florida , who joined the faculty at Barry in 1995. Prior to coming to Barry, she was a member of the faculty at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls . Dr. Shine earned her B.A. and an M.A. in school psychology at State University of New York at Plattsburgh , an M.A. in clinical psychology from Middle Tennessee State University at Murfreesboro , and her Ph.D. (1990) at Ball State University in Muncie , Indiana.
