Manuel J. Tejeda (BA in Psychology and Computer Science, MS in Educational and Psychological Sciences, PhD in Organizational Behavior and Research Methods, University of Miami ). Dr. Tejeda joined the faculty of Andreas School of Business in 2000 and he is currently an associate professor of Management and Psychology. Dr. Tejeda is an active scholar whose research interests in Management are charismatic leadership, mentoring, quality and the management of diversity. Dr. Tejeda is also interested in statistical and methodological areas such as multi-level modeling and psychometrics. Dr. Tejeda is active in psychological research as well, specifically in the area of substance abuse. Dr. Tejeda has participated in numerous successful grant applications to the Department of Education, the National Institute of Drug Abuse and the Substance Abuse and Mental health Services Administration.
