Dr. Shine is a licensed school psychologist in the state of Florida, who joined the faculty at Barry in 1995. Prior to coming to Barry, she was a member of the faculty at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. Dr. Shine earned her B.A. and an M.A. in school psychology at State University of New York at Plattsburgh, an M.A. in clinical psychology from Middle Tennessee State University at Murfreesboro, and her Ph.D. (1990) at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

• Traumatic brain injury
• Training issues in school psychology
• Low incidence handicaps in children
• Learning disabilities
