Barry University students logged more than 38,500 hours of community-based service, including service-learning and volunteer work, in 2012–2013. Throughout the year, the Center for Community Service Initiatives, or CCSI, registered 16 new community partners and implemented seven major programs, “maintaining the momentum of community engagement.”
