Join the SSW's Dr. Heidi Heft LaPorte as she moderates a panel discussion with three individuals who came to the United States from Cuba as unaccompanied minors between 1960-1962 as part of Operation Pedro Pan. Participants were sponsored under Catholic, Methodist, and Jewish auspices. The intention is to engage in a conversation about the impact the experience has had on their lives from a spiritual perspective. The event is sponsored by the English and Foreign Languages Department, School of Arts and Sciences.
