Music & Singing is a Powerful Way to Regulate Anxiety and Disequilibrium

We know music and singing is a powerful way to regulate anxiety and disequilibrium. Dr. Daniel Fernandez sent me this old iconic song, which I thought was nutso at first, but have been listening to it throughout the day. I makes me smile for some reason. The harmonies seem to massage my chakras!  I laugh and hit repeat and do it again!!! There's something remarkable about it I think. Maybe because I can remember my mother standing at the sink in the kitchen and singing this when I was a child. Maybe it won't work for you. But thanks Daniel!
