Cross-Cultural Conversations
Virtual expressive arts program sponsored by The Center for Human Rights and Social Justice.
Cross-Cultural Conversations, a six-week program designed to provide a safe, brave space to speak about bodies of culture, ancestral heritage, and historical and intergenerational connections. Open to all Barry University Students and Alumni.
Led by Dr. Heidi Heft LaPorte and Barry social work students Alison Moore, Andreana Alvarez, Stephane Bruno, the Wednesday evening program uses expressive arts to guide the conversation. This is a judgment-free, curiosity-driven, virtual series sponsored by Barry University’s Center for Human Rights and Social Justice.
