School of Social Work names new Director of Admissions and Student Services: Nikki Woller, LCSW
The School of Social Work is pleased to announce that Nikki Woller, LCSW has recently joined the staff as the Director of Admissions and Student Services.
Ms. Woller has more than 20 years of direct social work practice experience with individuals, families and groups. She has worked in the field of child welfare, crime victim advocacy and direct practice with those who are living with chronic mental illness. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, homes, healthcare practices and mental health facilities. She has an expertise in early onset bipolar disorder and using canines in psychotherapy.
She joined Barry University in 2009 as an adjunct instructor teaching courses in psychopathology, major mental illness and professional seminar. Ms. Woller has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida since 2006 and is a qualified supervisor who has provided licensure supervision to registered clinical social work interns. Ms. Woller earned her BSW in 1996 from Florida Atlantic University and her MSW from Barry University in 2004. Ms. Woller is currently working on her PhD
dissertation in order to complete her doctorate degree at Walden University.
