Freshmen Experience Day

On August 25, 2012, all new Barry University freshmen met for Freshmen Experience Day. Each year, right before the new fall semester begins, the Center for Student Involvement hosts Freshmen Experience Day. This is a mandatory one-day program that provides new first-year students the opportunity to know what it means to be a Barry Buccaneer and to understand the meaning behind our motto: Learn, Reflect, and Serve!

During Freshmen Experience Day, freshmen took a class photo together, did team builders, worked on a community service project, and joined in on reflecting from the day’s activities.
