MELBOURNE, Fla.—Barry Men’s Soccer lost a tough game to SSC rival Florida Tech Wednesday night by the score of 1-0.

The Bucs were tied on shots with the Panthers with nine and forced more saves than Tech (4-1). ‘

The Bucs had several great chances in the first half but none of them would go in.

That would come to haunt them as in the 35th minute; Florida Tech’s Adin Kavara shot the ball into the lower right corner of the net and scored. Drake Hillman had the assist on the tally.

The second half was back and forth between the teams and Barry had several chances near the end of the game to tie it up but could not find the net.

Next for the Bucs is SSC foe Florida Southern at Buccaneer Field at 7:00 pm on Saturday, October 25th. The Bucs will be celebrating Senior Day and honoring midfielders Connor Randel and Nico Gerke for all they have done for the Men’s Soccer program and for the University.
