18th IAPESGW World Congress 2017 – May 17 through May 21, 2017
The IAPESGW provides opportunities for women and men in physical education and sport professionals to come together, share ideas, strategies, programs, challenges, solutions and influence policy making involving girls and women in sport.
IAPESGW leads in constructing international policy and aid work in sport and physical education through its membership in the International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE) and its International Committee of Sport Pedagogy.
We provide education, advocacy, research and leadership on women and sport globally through our membership. In addition, we officially represent the organization and its membership from over 40 countries and in five continents in both regional and international women and sport initiatives.
Scientific congresses are held once every four years around the world.
