Guest Speaker: Farley Ashby ‘09, Founder/CEO at Offer Accept
Farley Ashby is an entrepreneur, business owner, and expert in the staffing and recruiting industry. He honed his skill set under the direction of one of the top staffing agencies in the world, and went on to become director of staffing and recruiting for a home health organization, before venturing out and starting his own company in 2015.
Farley has spent over 8 years interviewing and screening candidates for jobs of various levels and across many industries. As owner of Offer Accept Staffing, Farley works to place candidates in direct hire positions, from management to C level executives, and would like to assist future graduates in navigating the murky waters of resumes, interviews, and ultimately, accepting a job offer.
