Vespers is an ancient sunset evening prayer service. There is traditional chanting of psalms and reading of Scripture. Come join us and pray, chant and sing with members of the Dominican Order, and become part of a centuries-old tradition.
St Thomas Aquinas was a Dominican friar who lived in the 13th century. He was a Scripture scholar, a theologian and a philosopher. He is a Doctor of the Church and Patron Saint of Catholic Universities. As a Dominican he is also a part of our Dominican Heritage here at Barry University.
