  • Biological Foundations
  • Human Anatomy
  • Human Physiology
  • Microbiology
  • Cell Biology
  • Genetics (recommended)
  • BIO 300 - Special Topics as specified in the Undergraduate Catalog ( Biology 300 courses do not count toward the major )
  • General Chemistry & Qualitative Analysis
  • Organic Chemistry
  • Calculus I
  • 4 semester hours of physics

And one of the following:

  • Nutrition
  • Animal Nutrition
  • Parasitology
  • Histology
  • Embryology
  • Immunology

Option II

  • Biological Foundations
  • Introductory Human Anatomy
  • Introduction to Human Physiology
  • Introductory Microbiology
  • Genetics (recommended)
  • BIO 300 - Special Topics as specified in the Undergraduate Catalog ( Biology 300 courses do not count toward the major)

And either:

  • Nutrition
