Laura Mudd, Ph.D.

Laura Mudd, Ph.D. (University of Florida), studies the regulation of growth, differentiation, and survival of neurons from distinct regions of the mammalian brain that are particularly susceptible to neuro-degenerative disorders. She uses differentially cultured brain cells for studies of growth factor signal transduction.
