Barry University's Fine Arts Department presents Mozart's opera ‘The Magic Flute.’
MIAMI SHORES, Florida — Barry University’s Fine Arts Department will present Mozart’s opera, “The Magic Flute.” June 29 – July 1, at BU’s Cor Jesu Chapel.
Held in collaboration with the Alhambra Orchestra, Culture in the City, Dr. Beverly Coulter’s Riuniti Opera, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The performances will feature both Barry University students and other students are welcome to attend.
The performance on June 29th at 10 am will be a special performance for Miami-Dade County Public School students who are attending summer school and preparing for the FCAT.
The performance will also be presented on June 30 at 7:30 pm and July 1st at 4:00 pm.
The performances are free and open to the public. BU’s Cor Jesu Chapel is located at 11300 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, 33161, in the middle of BU’S main campus. For more information, contact BU’s Director of Opera and Musical Theatre, Dr. Beverly Coulter at 305-899-3689.
