Instructional Activities in Sport and Recreation (ISR) offers a variety of Sport, Fitness and Recreation Classes that will help you meet your fitness goals during the spring semester.

The following are some of the classes that will be available.

SUMMER I&II

  • ISR 101 01/ISR 201 01- Aerobic Exercise I&II (MWF 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm)
  • ISR 105 01/ISR 205 01- Cardio Kickboxing (T TH 5:30 pm - 6:50  
  • ISR 117 01/ISR 217 01- Kung Fu (T TH 7:00 pm - 8:20 pm)                      
  • ISR 130 01/ISR 230 01- Golf I&II (T 5:00 pm – 6:20 pm)               
  • ISR 189 01/ISR 289 01- Yoga (T TH 12:00 pm – 1:20 pm)
  • ISR 199 ZU – Zumba (MW 5:30 pm – 6:20 pm)

FALL 2013

  • ISR 199 WP- Wellness Passport* (MW 2:00pm - 2:50pm)
  • ISR 159 01/259 01- Indoor Soccer (TTH 11:00 am-12:20pm)
  • ISR 160 01/260 01- Swimming (MW 4:00 pm - 5:20pm)
  • ISR 115 01/215 01- Bowling (F 3:00 pm - 5:20pm)
