Tyler Hardy Earns Third Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week

WINTER PARK, Fla.—Barry senior Tyler Hardy recorded two double-doubles in a tough week against two top-14 ranked teams. In an 86-73 setback to No. 6 Nova Southeastern, Hardy scored a game-high 25 points going 10-of-16 from the field. The senior also pulled down 11 rebounds and dished out five assists.

On Saturday, Hardy led the Buccaneers to a 77-76 overtime win over No. 14 Rollins scoring a game-high 20 points and collecting 13 rebounds—12 defensive boards. Hardy averaged 22.5 points, 12 rebounds, 3.5 assists and one steal during the week.

The Bucs close out the regular season this week on the road at Lynn on Wednesday and Florida Tech on Saturday. The Sunshine State Conference tournament is Mar. 5-9 at Silver Springs Arena in Kissimmee, Fla.
