Men's Soccer Draws 0-0 With Sharks

MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The Barry Buccaneers battled to a 0-0 draw with the eighth-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks on Wednesday night at Buccaneer field.
 
Neither team could crack the goal. In the 51st minute NSU’s Romain Onteniente struck the crossbar for the Sharks (7-0-1, 1-0-1 SSC), while in overtime, Henry Apaloo’s shot, with Shark keeper Jarod Rennick on the ground, was swept off the line by Chris Pruitt in the first overtime period.
 
The Barry men’s team is back in action on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 7:00 pm against the Flagler Monarchs.
