WINTER PARK, Fla.—The Barry Buccaneers fell on the road to the Rollins College Tars 73-64 in Warden Arena Wednesday night in Sunshine State Conference men’s basketball action.
Gabe Lazo led the Bucs (9-20, 1-14 SSC) with a career-high 18 points, all in the second half. Bryan Chiverton added 14 points and Karega Tucker had 13.
The Tars (19-7, 8-7 SSC) hit 13 three-pointers, including eight of 17 in the first half. Kevin Hogan had four and Nick Wolf and Jonny Reibel each added three.
The Bucs close out the season on Saturday, Mar. 1 at 5:30 pm against the Nova Southeastern Sharks.
