CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- It was one of those "You win some, you lose some"-type of days for Barry women's tennis players.

The Buccaneers collected four singles wins at the Miami Invite hosted by the University of Miami on a rain-delayed Saturday. All five Bucs will play another singles match Sunday to conclude the tournament.

Mona Mansour beat Miami's Deborah Suarez, 3-6, 6-2, 11-9 before falling to South Florida's Paula Montoya, 6-3, 6-4, in the Orange Bracket semifinals.

Olivia Matuszak lost her Green Bracket quarterfinal match to South Florida's Loreto Alonso Martinez, 7-6, 6-4. Matuszak then lost to Miami's Melissa Bolivar, 6-2, 6-0, in the consolation round.

Linda Fritschken beat Maryland's Vroni Van Berlo, 6-2, 6-2, in the Green consolation quarters, before exiting with a 7-5, 6-3 consolation semifinal loss to North Florida's Lorena Aviles.

Isabela Miro defeated Florida Gulf Coast's Morgan Bechtel, 6-2, 6-3, in the Orange consolation quarterfinals. Miro then fell to North Florida's Rebecca Pereira, 6-4, 6-1, in the consolation semis.

Akemi Maehama fell to Maryland's Sarah Gealer, 1-6, 6-4, 10-8 in the Orange consolation quarters before beating Mariella Calderon of North Florida, 3-6, 6-2, 10-7.

Miro and Fritschken will play Maryland's duo of Van Berlo and Gealer in the Orange doubles consolation finals Sunday.
