Volleyball Begins Road Stretch Tonight at No. 23 PBA

Barry University's volleyball team plays at No. 23 Palm Beach Atlantic Tuesday night at 7 p.m. to begin a five-match stretch on the road.

The Buccaneers (8-13) meet the Sailfish (25-3) for the second time this season. Barry lost to then No. 28 PBA in three sets on Sept. 20 in Health & Sports Center. This is the final non-conference regular season match of the year for the Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers will return to Sunshine State Conference play Friday and Saturday when they play at Lynn and Nova Southeastern at 7 p.m. both nights.

After winning three straight matches, the Bucs have dropped four in a row to end the first half of SSC play and begin the second half of the league schedule. 

Barry, which is 1-9 in league play, lost to Lynn (16-12, 3-7 SSC) in three sets on Oct. 5 in the HSC. The Bucs beat the Sharks (5-16, 1-9) in three sets a night earlier in Miami Shores.
