All fulltime staff members are current college students or graduates. They will participate in the establishment of rules, boundaries and consequences to help our young people learn life skills in decision-making and responsibility. Counselors in Training:

We have a counselor in training program (C.I.T.) in place for young people ages of 13 and up. As a leadership opportunity for future counselors, C.I.T.’s are invited to experience the fun, stress, and rewards of working at camp as they assist a Counselor or Instructor. The C.I.T. program is designed to teach young adults to be effective leaders so that they can use those skills when learning at school, at home, at work or wherever life may take them. Our goal is for each C.I.T. to mature and learn a little bit more about themselves as individuals, and as team members. This is an excellent community service experience.
